Internet Connection Sharing has been disabled by the Network Administrator – Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10. To manually workaround this issue you need to jump into the registry to enable ICS. Microsoft has a functionality called Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) that is made just for this purpose.
